Der kürzlich durchgeführte Abbruch des Brückenbauwerks über die Autobahnen A5 und A67 am Darmstädter Kreuz – einem der stark befahrenen Verkehrsknotenpunkte Deutschlands – wurde erfolgreich und vollständig im vorgesehenen Zeitrahmen abgeschlossen. Ausgeführt wurden die Arbeiten durch die Peter Kolb GmbH, die bei diesem anspruchsvollen Projekt auf leistungsstarkes Abbruchgerät von Hydraram in Kombination mit schweren Maschinen von Caterpillar setzte.
