Electric Magnets Heavy Duty HEM HD-Series

Hydraram electromagnets HEM HD-series are intended for sorting through demolition scrap to ensure work site safety. 

These battery magnets operate through a generator on the work machine or through the electricity grid. 

The bottom closure panels are made with special wear-resistant manganese steel. 

Windings are covered with a special high-temperature resistant resin, which isolates the magnetizing coil from the high magnetic permeability steel structure. 

Aluminum and/or low density electrolytic copper helps reduce internal heating. 

The HEM HD series models can increase your work cycles by up to 60%. 

They also have a stronger structure and lower magnetic density to prevent magnet heating during intensive use.
